Ingredients: Arjuna: Terminalia arjuna; Gudmar: Gymnema sylvestre; Inula: Inula helenium; Himalayan Gold Turmeric: Curcuma longa

3.5 ounces.

Box directions: 1/2 tsp in a cup of water. Naturally sweetened with licorice.
Optional to add honey or agave or choice of sweetener as desired.
Water or non-dairy milk is recommended. We love coconut milk.
Also, you may want a stronger blend by adding more tea. Adjust needed for the perfect blend.
