Ingredients: Manjistha: Rubia cordifolia; Nepali Basil: Ocimum sanctum; Guduchi: Tinospora cordifolia; Triphala: Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica; Himalayan Turmeric: Curcuma longa; Lemongrass: Cymbopogon citratus; Licorice: Glycyrrhiza glabra

Box directions: 1/2 tsp in a cup of water. Naturally sweetened with licorice.
Optional to add honey or agave or choice of sweetener as desired.
Water or non-dairy milk is recommended. We love coconut milk.
Also, you may want a stronger blend by adding more tea. Adjust needed for the perfect blend.
