Order Processing Times
All domestic orders within the United States are lovingly processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons like Black Friday, Christmas, or special launches, please allow up to 5+ business days as we mindfully fulfill each order with care.
For international orders, please connect with us directly at hello@nourishyoursoulayurveda.com so we can support your shipping needs on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Times & Carriers
We ship from our headquarters located in Fort Myers, United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. While we currently ship to the US, we also consider international shipments on a selective basis — just email us!
Estimated shipping times:
US Orders: Arrive in approximately 3–5 business days
Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Please understand that shipping times are estimates. Weather delays, supply chain issues, or global events (like labor strikes) may impact delivery windows. We’ll always keep you updated and do our best to get your order to you swiftly and safely.
For holiday season orders, we kindly recommend placing your order well in advance of your desired delivery date, as delays may occur based on carrier schedules.
Order Tracking
Every order includes real-time tracking. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 48 hours before contacting us. We’ll assist in locating your package and happily extend refund or replacement products if needed.
