I started drinking these herbal infusions over a year ago, and I am seeing, feeling and experiencing the benefits each one is intended for. "Good Memory" is one I brag about most because I was having a tough time with my memory. Within a week I noticed a remarkable difference. Lainie's interview with Santosh blew me away. I started to understand that even though I am drinking a blend for memory, mood, or joint, it is helping many different things in my body. Definitely has me appreciating this product even more and wanting to learn about all the blends. I shared the video with my sister, and she immediately ordered 3 blends. It's a great feeling when you know you’re helping your family with their own health.

I love to start my morning with the "Good Weight" blend. This blend helps me with inflammation due to my heart issues. It allows me to take a break from my furosemide medication every other day or as needed. It feels good to start the day right with wholesome ingredients. The "Good Memory" is my favorite flavor. Warm goodness.

I have been using these amazing teas for over a year now and I have been loving them! I carry a small amount of "Good Immunity" when I travel so I stay healthy. "Good Throat" soothes almost immediately. "Good Memory" really sharpened my memory when I was in a meeting with co-workers half my age. "Good Sleep" really calms (in my case my brain) and relaxes you to get a good night sleep. I used to only sleep about 4hrs a night and now it's more like 6hrs and I'm waking up well-rested! I’m using the "Good Blood Pressure" and will see my doctor soon to see if it's helped me in that area. If you haven’t tried these amazing healing blends, you are missing out on a comforting cup of tea that’s incredibly healing.

I've absolutely fallen in love with the Nourish Your Soul Herbal Infusions. Starting my day with a fresh cup of the "Good Mood" blend has become such a grounding ritual for me. There’s something truly special about sipping it throughout the day — it gently lifts my spirits and keeps me feeling balanced and centered, no matter what life throws my way. It's like having a little pocket of sunshine I carry with me in every sip.
In the evenings, I wind down with "Good Immunity", and I have to say… it’s become my absolute favorite. There's a comforting calm that washes over me as I drink it, and I can feel my body and nervous system soften into relaxation. Knowing that I’m not only soothing my body but also supporting my Mind and Spirit with each herbal infusion, gives me a deep sense of wellness and peace.
Ending my day infused with "Good Immunity" feels like a loving gift to myself. It’s more than tea — it’s a sacred moment of nourishment and self-care.
Highly recommend these infusions to anyone looking to feel more in tune, uplifted, and deeply supported from the inside out.

There are many factors that affect the cultivation of herbs - climate, soil, altitude and Nourish Your Soul herbs HAVE THEM ALL - cultivated from high altitude farms at the base of the Himalayan Mountains.

Nourishing FAQ's

Can you combine herbal infusions into one pot?

Not recommend. Each blend has already been formulated with up to ten synergistic herbs be consumed on its own, preferably a min of 30-45 minutes apart. If you are drinking more than one blend, consider a cup of one blend in the morning, another in the afternoon and a different one at night. Check in with your intuition to see which blends your body calls for.

Some of the infusions are naturally sweet and others may be more bitter, what’s the difference?

The infusions that are more earthy and bitter are the ones that are meant to
expel toxins and waste out of the body - Good Weight, Good Cleanse, Good
Throat. The ones that are sweeter are formulated to build up the body vs
expel.

The herbs in Nourish Your Soul Ayurveda are all hand sorted and cleaned before being blended and mixed at the factory in Bhaktapur, Nepal.

The cinnamon used in our formulations are organic Ceylon cinnamon from a
longstanding cinnamon plantation in Sri Lanka. Only the best!

How do herbal infusions differ from tea?

Tea refers to beverages made from the Camellia sinensis plant (like black, green, and white tea), herbal infusions can be made from any plant material, including herbs, fruits, and flowers and is caffeine-free.

Are there any side effects associated with herbal infusions?

Some herbs may cause allergic reactions or interact with medications. It's important to research specific herbs and consult a medical professional if you have concerns.

Can herbal infusions be served cold?

Yes! Herbal infusions can be enjoyed hot, lukewarm or cold. You can let them cool down and serve over ice for a refreshing, healthy drink.

Is there caffeine in our herbal infusions?

No. We do not have any caffeine in the herbs that we use to formulate our
herbal infusions.

We are also SUGAR FREE and only sweeten with a small amount of natural licorice that is both tasty, but also has several health
benefits in it.

Can herbal infusions cure illnesses?

While certain herbs may offer health benefits and support well-being, they
should not replace medical treatment or be viewed as a cure.

What can I do with the leftover herbs? Sometimes your strainer is unable to filter all the herbs, and many people ask what to do with them.

You can add them to your soups or smoothies. You can sprinkle dry herbs on
your salads and pastas. Some of our herbal infusions are sweet while others are more bitter (the ones that expel). Be mindful of which ones you are consuming before choosing to add to other foods.
