Ingredients: Punarnava: Boerhaavia diffusa; Shatavari: Asparagus racemosus; Mint: Mentha arvensis; Fennel: Foeniculum vulgare; Long Pepper: Piper Longum; Ashwagandha: Withania somnifera; Brahmi: Centella asiatica; Bhringara: Eclipta alba; Triphala: Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica; Licorice: Glycyrrhiza glabra

3.5 ounces.

Box directions: 1/2 tsp in a cup of water. Naturally sweetened with licorice.
Optional to add honey or agave or choice of sweetener as desired.
Water or non-dairy milk is recommended. We love coconut milk.
Also, you may want a stronger blend by adding more tea. Adjust needed for the perfect blend.
