It is considered the foundation of the chakra system and is often thought of as one of the most important chakras.

Directions for use:

Place an incense stick into a holder. Light the tip on fire, let it burn for 10 seconds and then blow it out. Make sure all ash falls on a non-flammable surface. Be attentive while incense is burning. The ashes can be placed in the soil of indoor plants as an organic fertilizer and pesticide.
